Mostly real now, not fully automated yet
The eligibility and context steps below are now a working form — start your check-up for real. What's shown here as a mockup is the endpoint: fully self-serve, instant, with no human review step and no raw file ever touching a server. Today, I still personally review every report before it's sent, and the file you upload is stored (then deleted) rather than never stored at all — both deliberate choices while the engine is still being validated on real cash-game hands, not shortcuts I forgot to remove.
Step 1
A paid tracker is never required. Most rooms let you save or request your own hand histories natively. The tracker is an analysis tool; the hand history is your data.
Step 2 · under 2 minutes
Launch scope is NLHE 6-max online cash. MTT, Spin, PLO and live are deliberately out of v1.
Your 7-day plan is sized to this.
We compare your perceived leak with the observed priority.
Step 3
Text exports (.txt) from your room or tracker. The direction we're heading: analysis that never requires storing your raw file on a server — exact mechanism still to be decided, not built yet.
This exact step already works — use the real upload form → — the only difference is your file is stored on the server until I process it and delete it, not analyzed in-browser with nothing ever stored (that part is still ahead).
No file at hand? Run the check-up on a 420-hand demo sample → (this one's real)What's already real today
The screens above match the actual intake form. What happens after — parsing, the 8 detectors, picking one priority, choosing resources, rendering the report — is real code, tested end to end. I still review every report before it's sent (that gate stays until the engine has proven itself on enough real cash-game hands). See the engine on a fictional 420-hand sample:
