Legal notice & privacy

Last updated: August 18, 2026.

Good to know before reading: In Movement Poker is an independent project, currently in a free beta phase, run by a single person (no registered company yet). This page will be updated if the project sets up a formal legal structure. If anything here is unclear, just write to — I answer personally.

1. Site publisher

The In Movement Poker site (inmovmt.com) is published by Olivier, an individual, as part of a personal, currently non-commercial project (no payments requested, nothing for sale). No legal entity is registered for this project at this time.

Publication director: Olivier.

2. Hosting

Domain name and site hosting: OVH SAS, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) registered with the Lille Métropole Trade and Companies Register under number 424 761 419, with its registered office at 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.

3. What this service does

In Movement Poker analyzes poker hand histories that players voluntarily share, to produce a personalized check-up identifying one priority to work on. The service is currently manual and run directly by Olivier — it is not automated real-time software, and it never connects to a live table.

4. Data controller

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the data controller is Olivier, reachable at .

5. Data collected

6. Purpose and legal basis

This data is used only to analyze your play and send back a personalized check-up, and to calibrate the product's detection engine. The legal basis is your explicit consent: you choose to send this data, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

7. Data sharing

Your data is never sold, published, or shared with any third party, in any form. At this stage, no external processor is involved: analysis is done directly by Olivier.

8. Retention period

The raw hand history file is deleted shortly after analysis. Only aggregated, anonymized statistics may be kept beyond that, and only with your explicit agreement, to help calibrate the product.

9. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, object to, and port your data. You can exercise these rights at any time, with no justification needed, by writing to — response and effective deletion within 30 days maximum, usually much faster given the project's current scale.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can also file a complaint with your local data protection authority (in France: cnil.fr).

10. Cookies

This site does not set any audience-measurement or advertising cookies at this time. If that changes (for example, adding an analytics tool), a consent banner will be added before it is activated.

11. Intellectual property

The text and visual elements of this site belong to Olivier, unless otherwise noted. The hand histories you share remain your property; they are only used as described above.
